These Terms of Service govern the provision of design, development, digital, and related creative services by 207 Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to a client (“you” or “client”).
Acceptance
A project proposal, quotation, estimate, or other written agreement accepted by the client constitutes an agreement to these Terms of Service.
Work will begin once the agreed proposal has been accepted and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.
Services and Scope
The services provided by 207 Studio are defined by the agreed project scope and deliverables. Requests or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.
Changes to approved designs, content, functionality, or direction may affect the project timeline and cost.
Fees and Payment
Project fees, payment schedules, and applicable expenses will be outlined in the project proposal or quotation.
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid.
Deposits and payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeline
Estimated project timelines depend on the timely provision of content, feedback, approvals, access, and other materials required from the client.
Delays caused by changes in scope, late feedback, missing materials, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated completion date.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, information, approvals, and access required for the project.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, images, fonts, trademarks, or other materials supplied to 207 Studio.
Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party platforms and services such as hosting, content management systems, payment providers, analytics, fonts, APIs, or other external services.
These services are subject to their own terms and policies. 207 Studio is not responsible for interruptions, changes, failures, or fees imposed by third-party providers.
Cancellation
Either party may request to end a project. If a project is cancelled, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed, approved expenses, and other non-cancellable commitments.
Ownership and Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
207 Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, processes, code libraries, and other underlying materials.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, 207 Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials.
Liability
207 Studio will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee that a website, digital product, or third-party service will operate continuously or without errors.
We are not responsible for losses or issues caused by third-party services, client-supplied materials, unauthorised changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
